Quick and easy dumpling and noodle soup
Follow steps on noodles, heat stock and add dumpling for about 8 minutes.
Add vegies to stock for about 2-4 minutes
Flavour with salt and soy sauce.
Serve by ladling soup with dumplings and veggies into a bowl till half full. Add noodles and serve
- Dumplings (400g)
- Singapore noodles
- Chicken stock 2l
- Broccolini 1 bunch
- Bok Choy 1 bunch
- Spring onion 2 strips cut
- Soy sauce (to taste)
- Salt ( to taste)
